I recently purchased myfirst home which was rehabbed by Jim Shapiro. I found Jim to be extremely easy to work with, and very open and honest about the condition of the home. Dur our initial tour, he pointed out everything that had been repaired -- including things I would never have noticed.
Because it was a rehab, there was obviously work to be done to the house before I purchased it. The repairs were well done andhis contractors did quality work.
Jim was also the real estate agent for my home. I felt he did a great job of representing me, and was very fair in all our negotiations.

We were living in a house in Harrison Township and we had already put a lot of money into the house when the money ran out. We knew if we put anymore time and effort into the place we would never be able to get our money back out of it. We were in a fix. We couldn’t sell the house the way it was and we couldn’t afford to fix it up to sell it. Besides we needed a bigger place.
